IICT 2026 will take place on October 2 and 3 at the A. V. Rama Rao Auditorium in the Chemical Sciences Building at the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Whether you're flying, taking a train or coming by road, here's how to reach IISc and find the venue.

Choose your route
Kempegowda International Airport (BLR)
~35 kmYou can find prepaid taxis or book a cab through apps like Uber, Ola, Namma Yatri and Rapido.
If you're taking a bus from the airport, Tata Institute is the nearest stop to the campus.

Campus drop: IISc Main Gate or Tata Institute

IICT is committed to fostering the compiler community among students and ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent participation in our workshop.
Travel assistance is available for current undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students who require financial support to attend. We encourage all eligible students to apply; requests are reviewed by the Program Committee chairs.

Register for the workshop
Entry is open to the registered attendees. If you haven't registered yet, please head over to the registration page and sign up before the event.
Watch for your welcome email
Every registered attendee will receive an email with all the entry instructions from 28 September 2026 onwards. Please keep it handy on your phone when you arrive at the venue.
At the gate
Campus security will check your ID and the email before you head to the check-in counter. Please have the following ready:
- A government photo ID: Driver's License, Student ID, Aadhaar or Passport.
- Your welcome email or registration confirmation on your phone.
- If you have registered at the student rate, bring your student ID for verification.
- If you used the ACM member rate, bring your ACM ID for verification.
Welcome emails will be sent from 28 September 2026 onwards. If you've registered but haven't received the email by 1 October, please check your spam folder first. If it's not there, email support@compilertech.org.
